ActorAge Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the ActorAge app (displayed as “Actors Age”) handles information. ActorAge shows actors’ ages, biographies, and filmographies for movies and TV shows, using catalog data from The Movie Database (TMDB). The app is developed by MdEV. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

ActorAge does not require you to create an account or log in, and it does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or location. We do not directly collect any personal information that you enter.

Some information may be collected automatically by the third-party services the app uses (see below). This can include:

• A device advertising identifier (Advertising ID)
• IP address
• General app-usage and interaction data used for serving and measuring ads
• Crash and diagnostic data

How Information Is Used

Information collected through third-party services is used to:

• Display advertising within the app (personalized or non-personalized)
• Measure ad performance and delivery
• Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical problems
• Maintain and improve the app’s stability and functionality

The movie and actor content shown in the app is requested from TMDB’s public catalog to display ages, biographies, and filmographies. We do not send your personal data to TMDB.

Third-Party Services & Advertising

ActorAge relies on the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) serves ads in the app. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process your device advertising ID, IP address, and app-usage/interaction data. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and in “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.”
• Google Play services may collect crash and diagnostic data to help keep the app running reliably.
• TMDB (The Movie Database) is the source of the movie and actor content. The app requests public catalog data from TMDB and does not send your personal data to TMDB.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Data Retention

ActorAge itself does not store personal information about you on our servers. Any data collected by the third-party services listed above is retained and managed by those providers according to their own privacy policies and retention practices.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the app and rely on established third-party providers, such as Google, that maintain their own security safeguards. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

• Opt out of personalized ads: You can limit ad personalization through your device settings. On Android, open Settings → Google → Ads (the exact path may vary by device).
• Reset or delete your advertising ID: You can reset your Advertising ID, or delete it entirely on supported devices, from the same Android Ads settings screen. Deleting the advertising ID stops it from being used to build ad profiles.

Children’s Privacy

ActorAge is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us so we can address it.

International Users, GDPR & California (CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information under laws such as the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — for example, the right to access, correct, or delete certain data, or to object to certain processing. Because the app does not directly collect personal information, most such data is handled by the third-party providers described above. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
